Mediation
Leading the Web wants you, the customer, to be fully aware of all contract terms and satisfied with your agreement for our service. We take the time to make sure you are familiar with contract details. Should there ever be a disagreement, we will work diligently to clear up any misunderstanding or error made. However, if you have an issue you feel cannot be resolved directly, we are open to working with you through mediation. In the SouthShore area of Hillsborough County, the SouthShore Community Justice Center (SCJC) at 813-672-7442 offers free community mediation to assist residents in resolving disputes.
Requests for community mediation may be received in person (9:30 am - 2:30 p.m.) in their office located in the SouthShore Regional Service Center, Suite 110, 410 30th Street SE, Ruskin FL 33570 . The Justice Center is sponsored by the 13th Judicial Circuit Court and is not affiliated with Leading the Web, Inc. . There is no obligation to use SCJC mediation services, however, resolving issues in mediation eliminates the need for court action.
